At Mablethorpe, on the same date, damaged a fire alarm to the value of £100 belonging to a public house, with intent or through recklessness. £100 compensation to pay.

Paul Coughlan, 44, of Sea Lane, Ingoldmells, Skegness. At Ingoldmells, on February 25, 2024, committed assault by beating. Community Order made. Rehabilitation Activity Requirement: up to 15 days. £50 compensation to pay. £120 fine. £85 costs. £114 victim surcharge.

DRINK DRIVING:

Stephen Gears, 56, of Sandringham Road, Intake, Doncaster. At Ingoldmells, at the Skegness Water Leisure Park, on March 22, drove when the proportion of alcohol in breath equalled 90 microgrammes in 100 millilitres. Legal limit 35mcg. Community Order made. Unpaid Work Requirement: 80 hours. Disqualified from driving for 22 months. £85 costs. £114 victim surcharge.

Kelly Bosworth, 38, of George Street, Sleaford. At Sleaford, in Grantham Road, on March 22, drove when the proportion of alcohol in breath equalled 48 microgrammes in 100 millilitres. Legal limit 35mcg. Disqualified from driving for 38 months. £120 fine. £48 victim surcharge. At Lincoln, on or about May 3, 2024, failed without reasonable cause to surrender to custody at Lincoln Magistrates' Court, having been released on bail in criminal proceedings on March 22. No separate penalty.

Mindaugas Gudzevicius, 32, of Haven Meadows, Boston. At Holbeach, in Washway Road, on April 27, drove when the proportion of alcohol in breath equalled 94 microgrammes in 100 millilitres. Legal limit 35mcg. £200 fine. Disqualified from driving for 24 months. £85 costs. £80 victim surcharge.

Danny Cordwell, 41, of Brian Avenue, Skegness. At Ingoldmells, on the A52 Roman Bank, on December 15, drove when the proportion of benzoylecgonine in blood equalled 480 microgrammes per litre. Legal limit 50mcg. £120 fine. Disqualified from driving for 12 months. £85 costs. Also, drove when the proportion of cocaine in blood equalled 78 microgrammes per litre. Legal limit 10mcg. No separate penalty. Disqualified from driving for 12 months. At Ingoldmells, on the same date, had in their possession a quantity of cocaine – a class A drug. £80 fine. Cocaine to be forfeited and destroyed. Also, had in their possession a quantity of cannabis – a class B drug. No separate penalty. Cannabis to be forfeited and destroyed. At Skegness, on the same date, cultivated 16 cannabis plants. £80 fine. Plants to be forfeited and destroyed.

RESTRAINING ORDER BREACH:

Jason Bond, 44, of Belton Park Road, Skegness. In Lincolnshire, between December 1, 2023, and April 16, 2024, without reasonable excuse, repeatedly had contact with an individual, in breach of a restraining order made on July 31, 2023. Alexander Hudson, 34, of Walcott Road, Billinghay, Lincoln. At Sleaford, between April 27, 2022, and January 11, 2023, supplied a quantity of cannabis, a class B drug, to others. Committed to prison for 12 weeks, suspended for 24 months. Rehabilitation Activity Requirement: up to 40 days. Cannabis to be forfeited and destroyed. £874.88 in cash to be forfeited and destroyed. £85 costs. £154 victim surcharge.

Ionut Suciu, 23, of Hinchcliff, Orton Goldhay, Peterborough. At Skegness, on April 26, 2024, stole laundry liquid and chocolate bars to the value of £44.91 from Home Bargains. Conditional discharge for 12 months.

Damian Eastgate, 43, of Almond Walk, Sleaford. At Sleaford, on May 15, 2024, stole an egg chair from an individual. £80 fine. £85 costs.

TOOK A VEHICLE WITHOUT CONSENT:

Louis Giles, 33, of Woodhall Drive, Ermine East, Lincoln. At Timberland, on May 2, 2024, took a vehicle without consent of its owner for the use of themselves or another. Community Order made.
